Smart Water Infrastructure for Effective Irrigation Management Information System
Aim to develop cutting-edge technologies implementing and/or applying wireless technologies in the field of agriculture mainly in the area of water management focusing in an irrigation system that controls and conserve water distribution and determines the amount of water to provide for a given area in the farm.
A Project Team form and organized under Quirino State University-Diffun Campus located at A. Bonifacio, Diffun, Province of Quirino. The word "SWIM" came from the program smart water infrastructure and management R&D Center. SWIM Program have a four project component. Project 4 is one of those component and implemented in Quirino State University.
Our Team is Research and Development oriented focusing on the field of Irrigation System and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and currently developing and working out the first phase of the project titled "Smart Water Infrastructure for Effective Irrigation Management System" funded and sponsored by Department of Science and Technology (DOST) under SWIM Program. The Project links in different agencies; Quirino State University Implementation Agency, Philippine Council for Industry, Energy and Emerging Technology Research and Development of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST-PCIEERD) Monitoring Agency, Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Funding Agency, and National Irrigation Association (NIA-MARIIS) together with Ligaya Irrigation Association (LIA) Cooperating Agency.
Our team specializes in Automated Irrigation System, Internet of Things (IoT), Software Development with Artificial Intelligence (AI) using the different framework(s), which includes Machine and Deep Learning with various applications such as Image and Big Data Processing. We are also integrating any in trends platforms such as Web (Cross Platform) Development and Mobile (Android Platform) Development.

Monitoring and Mapping
Monitoring and Mapping Service users can view and monitor the IoT Device Status installed in each Rice Farm through GeoMapping Format. Users are able to determine the current water level of the paddy field remotely or without human/physical interaction. Unsupervised irrigation through the autonomous ditch gate controller.
Graphical Analysis
Graphical Analysis Service shows the IoT Device Status and collected data in visual representation through charts and graphs. This service is for monitoring and reporting purposes.
Information Dissemination
Information Dissemination Service sends System Alert Notification to users.

Terms and Conditions
For our web and mobile platform user, if you download or use the web and mobile app of the system, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure, therefore, that you read them carefully before using the system. You may not be allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the system, or our trademarks in any way. For example, you may not be allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the system app, and you should not try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The web and the mobile app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to SWIM P4.
SWIM P4 is committed to ensuring that both the web and mobile app of the system is as valuable and efficient as possible. For that reason, SWIM P4 reserves the right to change the system or charge for its services at any time and any reason. However, there are no charges for the design or services without clarifying what you are paying.
The Cassava Phytoplasma Disease Monitoring and Mapping System stores and processes personal data provided to us by the different users of the system. It is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the system secure. We, therefore, recommend that you do not root your android phone for a mobile platform, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your android phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and it could mean that the Cassava Phytoplasma Disease Monitoring and Mapping System will not work correctly or at all. The system's web and mobile app use third-party services that declare their Terms and Conditions.
You should be aware that SWIM P4 will not be held responsible for certain things. For example, particular web and mobile app functions will require the system to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. Still, SWIM P4 cannot take responsibility for both web and mobile apps not working at full functionality if you do not have Wi-Fi access and do not have any of your data allowance left.
If you are using the system outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider would still apply. As a result, your mobile provider for the cost of data may charge you for the connection duration while accessing the system or other third-party charges. In using the system, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges, if you use the system outside your home territory (i.e., region or country) without turning off data roaming.
Along the same lines, SWIM P4 cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the system, i.e., you need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery. You cannot turn it on to avail the Service; SWIM P4 cannot accept responsibility.
We may wish to update the system's mobile app at some point. The app is currently available on Android – the requirements for the system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to keep using the mobile app of the system. SWIM P4 does not promise to constantly update the app relevant to you and work with the Android version installed on your device. However, you promise always to accept updates to the application when offered to you. We may also wish to stop providing the app and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the system and (if needed) delete it from your device.
